About Speech and Smile Speech and Smile is led by a neurodivergent-affirming SLP who creates a fun, engaging space for children to explore and build communication skills. Our sessions focus on progress and fun, using strategies that captivate kids and make the “speech room” a place they love to visit. We also empower parents as partners in therapy, offering a range of services including concierge packages for extra support beyond sessions. Our goal is to help your child make meaningful communication progress in the shortest time possible. Meet Jill Bacigalupi, SLP, Founder and Owner Jill earned her master’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and has 20 years of experience as a pediatric speech-language pathologist. She collaborates globally with other SLPs and authors to develop Say & Play Kits, and her curated therapy products are available at Super Duper Publications and online at Speech and Smile. Jill specializes in evaluating and treating speech (articulation) and language delays in children. She integrates regulation and sensory strategies into therapy and is passionate about helping parents support their child’s communication at home. Her current project is a collaborative Say & Play Story Time on YouTube, engaging kids with literacy through read-along videos and mini objects.
